School of Business, Technology & Engineering 

The School of Business, Technology, and Engineering bridges technical expertise with business acumen to prepare future leaders for a rapidly evolving world. School of Social Sciences

The School of Social Sciences delves into the complexities of human behavior, culture, and society, providing students with the interdisciplinary knowledge and tools to analyze and address pressing social issues and help individuals. Its programs include disciplines such as clinical psychology, health and stress management.

Through a combination of theoretical study and practical application, students engage in research, supervised fieldwork, and internships that connect classroom learning to real-world challenges. Students are taught by a team of research scientists and expert practitioners in fields such as clinical psychology, nutrition, psychotherapy, and management. Together, faculty members  bring a wealth of clinical expertise and passion for guiding students in evidence-based thinking and clinical practice, and effective communication. Certificate Programs

Hellenic American University offers certificates as micro-credentials as continuous professional development for working professionals and adult learners in general. Each certificate is a bundle of 4 credit-bearing courses.

Certificate benefits

These certificates help you acquire additional skills to enhance your employability or further your career, while requiring a significantly shorter commitment of time than earning a degree does. In addition, the credits you earn can be transferred towards a degree at Hellenic American University or other colleges and universities, or enable you to waive certain courses in the degree program.

Earning the certificate

Certificates are usually offered by specific degree programs, such as the MBA certificates or the Stress Management Certificate, which draws on courses from the M.S. in Stress and Health Management.

If you are a Hellenic American University degree-seeking student, you can earn the certificate by completing the set of courses as part of your degree program. If you are interested in pursuing a certificate you should first inform the director of your program.

Summer Academies

The Hellenic American University Summer Academies offer talented high-school students ages 14-18 and college students an intellectually challenging and personally enriching summer experience. 

Summer Academies are offered in:

  • Aviation and Flight
  • Translation
  • Music

Offered in Greece by Hellenic American College, the Academies give participants the chance to explore new fields of interest, make new friends—and earn college credits. A substantial part of each course devoted to experiential learning, ranging from field trips and simulations to hands-on assignments and performances.

Students in any of the three courses can earn university academic credit. In addition, successful participants who later enroll at Hellenic American College are eligible for a scholarship under the Academy Scholar program.
